Well, today was supposed to be the day I can start at the gym. I haven’t gotten the mail from my employer to register… and I came to find out I kind of need proof that I have paid to use the gym. So… now I must wait until I get the proof in the mail before I can use the gym. My days will consist of rushing home to get my mail!
Tonight I decided to blow dry my hair straight… then, POOF! The whole night is taken up. When you have as much hair as I do and decide to have it long (almost to your waist) – it takes a LONG time to blow dry straight (2 hours, give or take!).
Today started out with the usual wheatgrass in POM shot. Then I moved on to a banana (2) and 1tbsp almond butter (2) in a flatout wrap (1)
Mid morning snack was 2c berries: combo of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries… and a little pineapple that needed to get used up. Mmmmm (2).
I was quite disappointed when I opened my spinach this morning in order to make a taco salad… and my spinach had gone bad just since yesterday! SUCKS! I ended up making a Mexican pasta salad (GO MEXICO!) with 1c ww pasta (3), avocado –weighed for accurate points (3), salsa, a little black beans and corn and red onion (0). I also had a hard boiled egg (2) – again, food I realized I need to use up.
Afternoon snack was a strawberry Chobani (3)
When I got home I was starving! I don’t know why I just can’t get enough to eat today!

and added some chicken breast (4)
When I was done… well, I wasn’t done. I was still hungry! I decided to have 3/4c ff vanilla yogurt (1)with 2tsp crushed oreo (1) and a sprinkle of fibre 1 (0). Pretty satisfying dessert!
That concludes my day! I feel like I could still keep eating… but I am refraining.
