I decided to play around with the blog today and give it a new, plain
Jane Jen look. It’s very me. If you have a moment, let me know what you think! Your input matters! I’m sure it’s too pink for many people (there IS a reason my nickname at work is “Pink”).
Today has not shaped up the way I had planned. It happens.
Breakfast was a parfait of sorts. Strawberries (1), peach chobani (3) and fibre 1 (1) – my mom grabbed me 3 chobani yogurts when she and dad visited my sister in Chicago (this happened to be the same weekend I discovered them in Toronto at McEwan’s).
Lunch was 1c leftover pasta from the fridge (3) and some salsa (0)
I also had some popcorn (4)… but I didn’t take a picture of it.
I have (or HAD) a major sweet tooth today. I solved it with some smores protein bar and sugar free jello. In fact, there was 2 puddings (2) and 1 protein bar (3)
Guess it’s a good thing a hugh jass salad is planned for dinner. In fact, I can show you a photo of it now… I’ve had it before from Z-teca and LOVE it. I’m guessing the points breakdown like this:
lettuce – 0
black beans – 2
salsa – 0
guacamole – 3
cheese – 4
