The Corona Life

Well folks... life has changed as of late.  Coronavirus has arrived and none of us have ever seen anything like it.  We are socially distancing ourselves and staying home to flatten the curve and wait this thing out.  My job is “essential” and next week when March break is over I will have to go in to the office 2 or 3 days a week. 

I’ve tried WW a few times with no luck.  I’m back to MFP and counting calories.  I’m going to try to go back to taking pics of what I eat.  Here’s what I had for breakfast yesterday at home:


Egg whites with sea salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and Frank’s.  Topped with grape tomatoes, avocado, and a bit more nutritional yeast.  

Lunch was delicious as well:

Tuna salad made with 2tbsp light olive oil Hellman’s, some dill pickle relish, some mustard, ss&p.  20 grams of  cheez-it’s, Cracker Barrel light cheddar (2 slices), grape tomatoes and carrots.  I’m already craving more of that tuna salad.  Mmm.  

I had a couple of snacks of built bars (not pictured).  

Dinner... we went through the drive thru window (all dining rooms are closed due to the state of emergency in our province.  As are schools, daycares, offices, and most retail stores).
