I did it!

I ran 7K today! I took me over an hour (with 2 breaks to be honest)... but I did it! My legs are sore now (not my shins... it's the good sore feeling)... but I DID IT! YAY!!! I also did some 10 second intervals at 10mph (holy CRAP that is FAST) and some 30sec intervals of 8.5mph (much faster than my usual slow jog!).

I haven't had much of an appetite today (I should be thankful for that since it's the day before WI). I'm not sure why... Could have been my headache this morning.

Today was full of lying around and resting/relaxing... Until I got on the treadmill this evening.

Today's menu?
Breakfast - 3/4c raisin bran (2), 1/2c skim milk (1), 10 almonds (2)
Lunch - (felt like cereal again... sometimes I get on kicks) shredded wheat n' honey (3), 1/2c skim milk (1), 6 light rye wasa crisp things (2), light cheez whiz (1)
Dinner - not sure. I feel like butternut squash soup, but that means going out to buy it... but it may be good for me to get out. If I go a day without getting out of the apartment I get cabin fever by night time.

Tomorrow's weigh in. I have already messed up enough from the weekend and lack of activity this week... I'm prepared to be UP in weight... but I'm not going to risk being even MORE up by eating triscuits or cookies tonight like I have the last couple of weeks!

**ETA** I did go out and buy soup for dinner... I bought the Campbell's Gardennay soups (they were on special at Dominion) and I tried the potato and leek one - it was soooo good! 1c is 2pts. Then I still had 1c of the butternut squash soup... but I think the potato MAY just be my new favourite!

Good job! 7K is great! Especially with some intervals in there. You really gave it your all in the last chance workout.
Now I feel like cereal. I've been out for a while and now I'll have to go buy some!
Keep me posted on how tomorrow goes. Sending all the skinny vibes I can find :)
