A Thanksgiving Miracle Recipe

So, I tried crustless pumpkin pie this weekend. What a saviour. It was like eating the best part of the pumpkin pie... and having 1/7th of the pie for only 2pts.

What I decided to do then was make this pie into squares... I cut them into 16 squares and they are then only ONE FREAKING POINT each!

It's so simple - preheat the oven to 350 and spray a baking dish with Pam (or whatever)

Combine:
15oz pureed pumpkin, 3/4c splenda, 1/2c bisquick, 100ml egg beaters (plain/original kind), 1 can FF evaporated milk, 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsp vanilla - beat it all together. Pour it into the baking dish and bake for 55min. Cut into 14 squares to make a 1pt square (I cut them into 16 squares because it was easier to cut that amount!).
