So, I've turned my weekend around and am working towards a better week (because to be honest, today wasn't pretty. I adapted the 'what's the point now? i've already ruined my week' attitude - can't have that if i'm going to reach my Christmas goal).
I've already made my lunch and dinner for tomorrow. Tomorrow is my parent group so I'll be gone for lunch and dinner.
Here's tomorrow's PLAN (and the lunch and dinner are already packed).
Breakfast - 1c shredded wheat n' bran (2), 1/2c skim milk (1), 10 almonds (2), flax seed (0)
Lunch - 1c brown rice (4), shredded chicken (1), corn and black beans (1), red pepper and black bean campbell's soup, 1c (2). yogurt (1)
Dinner - tuna (2), red pepper, green pepper, green onion, cucumber (0), FF ranch (1), small potato (2). apple (1)
Soooo... it's time to get BACK on track and reach my freakin' Christmas goal!!!!
Tomorrow's plan is 45min on the treadmill in the morning.
