Not much to say really... I think I need some luck today. My eating was fine (yay), but activity could have been better (but at least improved from last week!). Plus, I feel bloated today and have NO idea why.
I've decided to go back to counting calories but I've realized I had to break up with fitday.com if that was going to happen. They are more user-friendly than other sites, but they don't have enough foods in their database. I kept getting too tired to add everything (you have to add all the nutritional information), so I've started my new calorie-counting relationship with http://www.thedailyplate.com hopefully it works out. It will be reflected next week if it does.
