Stac told me about this recipe and how GREAT it is, but I forgot to write it down... so I found it on the internet.
It's Pumpkin Angel Food Cake!
Angel Food Pumpkin Cake
1 box 1 step angel food cake
1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Mix all 3 ingredients together and bake in 9x13" pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook according to angel food cake directions.
Makes 12 servings @ 2 Points each
Tastes even better with a dollop of fat free cool whip on top!
