(Ahhh Garfield. Just made me think of Grandma Pearl. She LOVED him. Even had a phone shaped like a 3D Garfield! I love that woman!!!) Anyway... What a busy day!
No work until 1pm on Mondays... the morning was GREAT. I got lot's done around home (including a nice and actually enjoyable jog!).
I went to work and I swear, I don't know where the time went. It was one of the busiest days I've seen at work in a long time.
I came home and made tomorrow's lunch and did the dishes.... now I have to get to bed!
So... here's what I ate today:
Breakfast - 2pc ww toast (1), blue menu omega egg (2), blue menu ketchup (0), strawberries (1)
Lunch - 2 ww tortillas (2), tuna salad (1) w/ cheese (2) - see yesterday's photo!
Snack - supposed to be a smoothie but I forgot it in the freezer! apple w/ cinnamon and some pumpkin pie spice (1) - next time I will leave out the pumpkin pie spice
Dinner - lentil chili (1) w/ cheese (2), 1/2c BBQ soy nuts (4), yogurt (1)... dinner was disappointing. Note to self and others - lentil chili isn't good 8 days after you've cooked it
Total - 18 (supposed to be 21 if I had my smoothie)
Water - 3L
Today's accomplishments? ENJOYING the jog (sorta!) AND NOT eating when I got home from work!!!
