I think it only fitting this week... in honour of our Southern Neighbours' President Elect... that I recognize the accomplishments of Tara and I today and say...
We have succeeded 2 whole days in a row with our food and activity! We are on our way...and I'm feeling very confident that it is not going to take me months to get back on track after Christmas this year! I am feeling more motivated than I have in a while!
Before I can continue with my day... I have to say, I am watching Biggest Loser. Who else is crying at the thought of sending Jerry home? When he weighed in my heart broke along with Jillian's and I shed a tear with Allison. Man, this sucks. I hope when they show the update about him he is doing well. How could you not LOVE Jerry? As I type this... he is walking out... I am still crying. Go Jerry... You have a fan in me... And I'm watching the update. I am so proud of what he has done... he looks GREAT!!
Okay, so on to me... Today I went on the treadmill for 45min and then went to work from 9-8. I got home tonight and did the Biggest Loser workout (which has forced me to miss 90210 and the bulk of the biggest loser... but I will tape BL and watch it tomorrow morning on the treadmill! I know who got eliminated so I will just watch the workouts and challenges in the morning and that will inspire me).
Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast: fruit salad (2), 1/2c ff cottage cheese (2), 1c skim milk (2)
Lunch: 1c brown rice (4), vegetable soup (0), fruit salad (2), source exotik yogurt 1)
snack: apple (1), snap peas and baby carrots (0)
Dinner: tuna (2), 30g light cheddar (2), 1tbsp ff miracle whip (0), lettuce wraps (0), grapefruit (2), orange (1)
Total: 21 (more than yesterday at least, right Tara? I should have eaten more for dinner yesterday, I just didn't pack enough for dinner at work!)
Tara... I will email you and answer your question about my 'deadline'!! There is a reason!
