So, I decided to start that soup diet I did in August. I headed out to the grocery store this morning, list in hand... spent most of my time in the produce section (how healthy do you feel when 95% of your groceries are produce??)... Went to shoppers for 20X the points day... then headed to the mall to make a stop at Bath and Body works for a new candle and wallflowers... then came home to enjoy a day of soup and fruit. It was hard by tonight... I really wanted grilled cheese and popcorn... but alas, I fought through it. Luckily when I was at the new costco in Ptbo with my mom a month or so ago I found these 'apple crisp' things... freeze dried apples. No additives or anything, just freeze dried and crunchy... so, they satisfied my need for munchies tonight.

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit (1), blood orange (1), pineapple (1), 1c PC strawberry banana smoothie (2)
Lunch: soup (0), apple (1), cherries (1), apple crisps (3), fruit salad (2), 1c V8 fusion (2)
Snack: apple (1), 1/2 grapefruit (1)
Dinner: soup (0), fruit salad (2), 1c PC smoothie (2)
Water: 2L lemon water (going crystal light free this week even!)
