Pre Christmas Weekend

Well, the weekend is all wrapped up (just like the Christmas gifts hidden in my closet should be).  Yesterday was a great movie marathon day.  My friend and I ran to the bulk barn and Subway for some food and candy… then back to her house to watch about 8 hours (give or take?) of Christmas cartoons and movies!  Talk about heaven.  I didn’t even take my camera though.  I did alright food-wise. Some gummy candy, some veggie chips and treated myself to some Ike and Sam's popcorn! It was pretty yummy. I only ate 6” of my turkey sub.

Today was spent running errands with my mom (this is us)

It was a great day to drive to the big city of Peterborough

We got to an empty store fairly early (NO cars in the parking lot).

My mom needed more garland for the tree. I had fun taking some photos

We ran to a couple of other stores

Does anything in this sign look funny to you?

When we got home we got to decorating… especially my mom’s new tree (that’s my baby sister putting up a decoration – she and I always decorate the tree together)

So… did we forget this blog is actually about my food and weight loss?  Well… today was good. I had the rest of my 6” sub from yesterday for lunch… and dinner was another footlong sub!!

I was pretty good today. I did eat 2 cookies (mom made some really good chocolate chip/toffee ones) and a small bite of pumpkin fudge… I also had a pear. I did burn a few calories with the million trips carrying heavy boxes up and down the stairs at mom and dad’s house.

On to Monday! I am going to plan out my menus and exercise for the week… and have another loss come Thursday!

Subway (veggie delite) is my "go to" eat out food. Yum!

Your tree looks great!

That's a lot of Subway!! Good job staying on track though. Movie marathons are tough!
