So, it would appear my stomach issues are over and my hunger is back. No better day for that to happen than the day before weigh in, right? WRONG.
At least I got on the treadmill today! Yippee!!
Here's what I ate:
BF - oatmeal (2), yogurt (1)
Snack - 100 calorie pack (2)
Lunch - salad with tuna (1), cheese (1), hot pepper relish (0), italian drsg (0), apple (1), yogurt (1), ww cake (2), 100 calorie cookie bar (2)
Snack - 100 calorie cookies (2), ww cake (1)
Dinner - 2 flatouts (2), chick peas (2), cheese (1), hot pepper relish (0). ff cottage cheese and fruit cup (2), 2 ww cakes - oops! (2)
Snack - ww oatmeal cookie (1)
Oh boy. I'm going to be up this week... but the LESS i am up, the better. Treadmill is a MUST for tomorrow morning. I better go to bed now so I get enough sleep!!!
PS - LOVED, loved, LOVED biggest loser last night. watching the triathalon was amazing... watching ali carry mark over her back was so great it made me want to do my own little triathalon. maybe tomorrow. (haha!)
