So this week I LOST 3LBS! For a total of 4lbs. Yay!
What I'm going to do is just leave you with some food pic highlights from life lately. I've been working pretty hard to stay on track.
Lunch today: sandwich with light rye, chicken breast, cheese, tomato, mustard & pickles. Along with hummus & cucumber. As well as PC pop chip things - spicy buffalo wing flavour.

Chicken taco soup over brown rice & topped with light marble cheese & light sour cream
Holy crap... I love these!!
Carrot cake smoothie: Bolthouse Farms carrot juice, Banana, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon & ice. Holy good!!
