It was weigh in day.  The results are favourable!

I skipped the smoothie today & instead had a flour less pancake.

I ended up with scrambled pancakes... But they tasted sooooo good (I added cinnamon & honey). 

With coffee...

Then a sandwich for lunch.

Light rye, hummus, tomato, cheese, & avocado

Then an afternoon snack. 

And finally... Dinner. 

Veggies, turkey meatloaf & mashed potatoes. 

Bedtime snack...

Also, I tried a "321 cake" (see Pinterest)

Not pictured... Some PC popped chips, & a Lindor chocolate. 

I worked hard to get in my steps today.  My goal is 5000.  I surpassed that!  I also managed a cardio session on the elliptical. 

My fitbit app says...

Now, it's time to put my feet up!!
