Today started out with a Mocha Nut Fudge coffee

That ended up being breakfast.  

Lunch was leftover lasagna roll ups with a little extra nutritional yeast sprinkled on it. 

I made some no bake chocolate oatmeal squares and munched on one for a snack (I'll post the recipe some time!)

Dinner was baked sweet & sour chicken (found all over Pinterest).  And some veggie fried rice. Delish. 

I made a point of getting all of my water in today too. 

All in all, a successful day.
