Speaking of sweet... why not post a photo of Simon just to make everyone smile?
Today did NOT start off with me going on the treadmill. I had a bad dream in the night and woke up not feeling well (periodically I get dreams where people are trying to kill me... bizarre). This morning I still woke up early, but then started to feel sick after I ate breakfast. PLUS I have a stiff neck for some reason. I'm banking on it being gone by tomorrow and the treadmill happening again... because I NEED to lose 0.8lbs this week!!! I'm thinking a jog tomorrow morning and a longer walk tomorrow night (we'll see how that pans out... you know me... big dreamer!).
Due to not feeling the greatest today, I didn't eat much... I had to force myself to eat when my stomach growled (but would regret eating about 30min later!).
BF - 2/3c smart bran (1), 1/2 c milk (1), ff cottage cheese and fruit cup (2)
Lunch - gardennay leak soup (2), lettuce and cheese (1) with hellman's spritzer (0). yogurt (1), carrots (0), wendy and barb's skinny dip hummus 2 tbsp (1)
Dinner - ww bagel - almost done my US ones! (2), veggie burger (3), cheese slice (1).
I'm craving sweets AND greasey food tonight. Luckily, I have not caved. I think if I eate before bed that can sometimes be the cause of my disturbing dreams!

I need a reason not to eat before bed...hmmmm, it makes me gain weight??? Not a good enough reason apparently!!
I hope you're feeling better! This was the night to eat the greasy food since you had points leftover!
