It's Monday. My vacation is over. Blah. I was too depressed to go on the treadmill today before work... The rest of the week is busy with long days for training I'm away at... As long as I have my eating back under control, at least that's a start after my last couple of weeks.
I need to go to bed, so, here's what I ate today:
BF - oatmeal (2), flaxseed meal (0), 1/3c smart bran (1), 1 tbsp JIF light (2)
Lunch - flatout bread (1), turkey breast (1), 2 tbsp organic hummus (1), cheese slice (1), 2 slices turkey bacon (1), SF jello (0), fibre 1 bar (2)
Snack - dill pickles (0)
Dinner - salad (0) with 1/2c chick peas (2), 1/2 hard boiled egg (1), allegro cheese (1), 2 tbsp ff ranch (1), yogurt (1), SF jello (0), apple (1)
I'm going to eat flatout bread every day right now I think because I'm going with one of my bride friends to pick up her dress in the states on March 16... along with more SHOPPING!!

Back to the grind definitely SUCKS! But that usually means a more structured day which = better eating. What's with that?
Your food today looks great and you're right, getting your eating on track is awesome. The excercise will come!!!
PS. it's looking like 3, maybe 4 bridesmaids :) Still in the works! Also, congratulations to your newest bride friend!!! Crazy!
