Down 2.4lbs!
So, I was secretly hoping for at least 3lbs... but I'll take the 2. I still went on the treadmill this morning... back up to 45min. I ate oatmeal (2), I am now eating a subway footlong turkey (12) and I have some mini eggs (4) and candy (?6) to eat as well. I am still doing my healthy plan... but Thursdays will be my 'cheat' night!
