3 days without a post... that's nuts!!
So, spring appears to be in the air and it feels great. I love the smell of warmer weather. Today I got up early and did some baking and got on the treadmill for a full hour. I'm now home from work and I had planned on baking more (Irish Soda Bread)... but that might not happen. It's okay though because I've already baked loads... cornbread muffins, pineapple angel food cake, sour cream loaf and crunch chocolate fudge (which I have eaten a piece of tonight... oops). I still have to get all the stuff done for tomorrow's 'game' at the office (family feud style)... then I can breathe a bit more (after about 1pm tomorrow).
Here's what I ate today...
breakfast: oatmeal (2)
Lunch: 2 flatouts (2), 1/2c low fat refried beans (2), salsa (0), 1/8c each of black beans and corn (0), lettuce (0)
Snack: protein shake (3)
Snack: protein bar (4)
Dinner: salad with 1/4c chick peas (1), cheese (1), veggies (0), EVOO balsamic dressing (2)
Snack: fudge (3?)
Total: 20
Water: 5L

mmm, your wraps look yummy! And look at all that protein you're getting! SO healthy :)
Last night I had the grape Propel water thingy -OMG I loved it. I brought the raspberry lemonade one for today. I'm going to need to get me some of those soon!
Your baking sounds good. And good work just eating one thing!
