Well... Today hasn't shaped up the way I had originally planned. I woke up with a headache and it hasn't gone away all day... despite taking te maximum allowance of advil, trying a cold pack on my head, heat on my back... and taking a hot bath. I have come to accept the treadmill (and 90min jog I had planned) won't be happening today... it's out of my control.
Friday Alex and I went for all you can eat sushi (at maison du japon!). I filled up on seaweed salad, edamame and miso soup... and tried to eat a little less actual sushi (maki and hand rolls). Yesterday was an afternoon shift at work. I went grocery shopping in the morning then came home and had a nap and then went to work... I found larabars at superstore! I had never noticed them there before... so many to choose from! Check it out (they are 3 for $5 there):
I have tried the gingersnap one and pecan pie... both very good!

Breakfast: ww toast (1), egg whites (0), cheese (1), salsa (0), mini fruit bites (2)
Lunch: healthy pizza - crust (6), veggies (0), skim milk mozzarella (3)
Dinner: entire tin of salmon (5) with vinegar (0) and mustard (0), minigo (2)
Total: 20
Water: 4L

Your food looks good! And not to worry about the treadmill. A day off is good for the body!
I'm excited to hear about the larabars...especially the cinnamon roll and cherry pie ones! I like the bars but I think I would prefer some of the other flavors other than the Costco packaged ones. They need to be really good for 4 points! But I do feel "healthy" eating them!
Good call on Costco! I haven't been to the Peterborough one yet. I'll have to check out these protein bars that you speak of as well!
Is there anything else you would like to do on Saturday/Sunday? You know, cause there's SO many exciting things to do in Lindsay!!!!
