Okay, so Christmas is in 100 days. I have set a goal for myself for Christmas day. I want to lose 33lbs by Christmas... which means losing 2.3lbs per week. I can't give up on this goal... I have to keep working hard. That also means, by my shopping trip with Tara I want to have lost 18lbs... I know it will be hard, but I know it IS humanly possible. I just have to keep being strict... and remember that I WILL find it worth it... I can't even imagine being at my goal weight and being thin and knowing PLUS size clothes are TOO BIG for me...
When I'm at my goal weight I will weigh less than what I did in highschool... it will be amazing, I just know it.
Anyway, I bought sugar free maple syrup (or maple FLAVOURED) syrup this week... then I remembered I have sugar free syrups in my cupboard... now, I bought them a YEAR ago, so I'm not sure how long they're good for... but I imagine they've not gone BAD by any means!

I have the cherry flavoured (to make my diet coke a cherry diet coke), caramel, and chocolate. They're not THICK like maple syrup... but they are pretty good.

So, I haven't posted my meals in a while. Last night I did dip into my flex points.
Yesterdays' meals:
Breakfast: 2 slices rye bread (2), 2 tbsp lite cheez whiz (1), 2 slices tomato (0)
Snack: pear (1) with 2 tbsp ff sour cream (0) and 1 tsp splenda br sugar (0)
Lunch: 2 ww wraps (2), turkey breast (1), 2 tbsp lite garden cream cheese (1), tomato (0), apple (1), source yogurt (1)
Snack at work: 1 mini mr.big bar (1)
Dinner at work: smart ones sante fe rice and beans (6), 100 cal chips ahoy (2)
Snack at 10pm - while others were eating curly fries and greasey food from the cafeteria: 100 cal cheetos (2)
Got home and was still hungry and had: cream cheese and crackers (5), and friggin sugar free shortbread cookies (6).
yep, I ate a LOT yesterday (i just typed "hate" instead of "ate" by accident - think that was a freudian slip?). i DID also get on the treadmill for a half an hour before I went to work yesterday.
Today, I got up and went to meet with the lady who hired me to run the groups. NOW I'm going to get on the treadmill before Alex and I go out for the day!
Today's meal:
Breakfast: 1 ww pita (2), egg beaters (1), cheez whiz (1), tomato slices (0)
Snack before meeting Susan to ensure I didn't order anything at the coffee shop: sf tapioca (1), sf jello pudding (1)
Not sure what the rest of the day holds... I will find out!! Now, time to JOG!!!

Good for you for committing yourself to a goal. I know you can do it. Look how well you've been doing so far. It's sometimes hard to stay on track but together, we can do it!! We just have to think about how great we will feel once we get there!
My SF syrup is the ED Smith one. It's the only one I've seen so far. And funny that you mention the DaVinci syrups. I have some too! I bought chocolate, praline, watermelon and peach. I should buy some diet sprite to put the fruity ones in. I was so excited about them and then once I got them, I wasn't sure what to do with them! I'll have to do some research. If I remember correctly, there's a website with some recipes for them.
And don't feel bad about using your flex points! That's what they're there for. Evenings/nights are the worst for eating, I find! So you did well!
