First things first... Weigh in Wednesday results!
I'm back in the saddle!!
The day started at 5am with a wake up call from this guy (the love of my life... Or one of them)
Luckily he went back to sleep until 6:45.
We got up & I started my day with...
Warm lemon water
Gingerbread coffee!! Mmmm. Isn't my mug cute?
It was a gift from my BFF many years ago.
A smoothie packed with Vit C. Spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water, ground flax seed, and a dash of orange juice. Tart & delicious!
After some of this & that, it was lunch time. After the baby was fed, I had the same as yesterday:
And it was even more delicious than yesterday.
I managed a session on the elliptical during nap 2.
And promptly had some water & chocolate chia pudding afterwards.
Unsweetened vanilla almond breeze, chia seeds, cocoa & stevia.
All in all, a great day so far. Dinner will be documented tomorrow!
