I absolutely love Liberte Mediterranee, especially coconut flavour. The problem is that I have is portion control!
I decided to take matters in to my own hands and just make my own coconut yogurt recently.
Enter the ingredients:
1/2c PC plain Greek yogurt, 1-2tbsp Davinci sugar free coconut syrup and 1tbsp shredded coconut.
Just mix it all up and enjoy! It tastes pretty darn good! You could always add banana or pineapple to take it up a notch as well.

That is a wonderful idea. I tend to mix my greek yogurt with berries and a little bit of Torani sugar/fat free syrups. Yum!
