So… this post is for May 1st. I had some errands to run and stuff to do while fighting a headache, but here’s pictures of my food on the first day of May 2010.
Breakfast was a whole wheat pita with PB, Greek yogurt and some honey on top (5)
Lunch was a one bun (2), portabello burger (3), mozzarella (2), stir fry veggies (0)
Lunch’s dessert was some plain greek yogurt (1) and 1tbsp honey drizzled on top (1)
Dinner was a vegetarian taco salad. Points value is unknown but I estimate the following: lettuce (0), black beans (1), guacamole (2), corn (0), salsa (0), mozzarella (2), plain greek yogurt and green chillies I added at home later (0)
