I can't believe how tired I am. Work is too much... I'm exhausted!!!
Today's menu was the same as yesterday's, which will be the same as tomorrow's. This is what happens when you work 3 12hr day shifts in a row... you make a bit batch of chili and mexican rice and eat it all week long!!
If anyone can tell me how to get rid of my sweet tooth during times of stress... please share! I'm able to resist temptation so far... but I'd love to not have any temptation to resist!!!
