And to be honest, you've been kickin' it the last few weeks without the excercise so just ride that wave for now. Once you slow again, then you'll know that things have caught up and you'll have to jump on that excercise train again. In my experience, it goes in cycles and that's not all bad! Your body needs a change up so it doesn't get used to the routine and plateau.
